CygNet Web Browser Requirements

CygNet Software supports the following browser for viewing CygNet Web:

• Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer (IE) mode

IE mode enables backward compatibility with Internet Explorer (IE) 11. See Internet Explorer (IE) mode for more information.

To Configure Microsoft Edge with IE mode

CygNet Web is validated to work with the Microsoft Edge browser with Internet Explorer (IE) mode.

• Open Microsoft Edge and go to the following page: Getting started with IE mode configuration.
• Follow the instructions to discover sites that need to be added to your IE mode site list.
• Configuration may differ depending on the way you manage Windows devices.
